How 5K AI handles account, workspace, Google sign-in, campaign, and connected service information.

  • Google sign-in and Google Ads disclosures
  • Internal access now, invited client access soon
  • Retention, deletion, security, and Limited Use covered

Who We Are

5K AI is operated by Conklin Media LLC d/b/a 5K.co. It is an AI-assisted growth operations platform used to plan, analyze, approve, and improve marketing work, with human oversight at every meaningful step.

Access today is intended for 5K internal personnel and invited collaborators. As the platform expands, invited 5K clients may receive access to client-specific information and workflows.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, retain, and protect information when you visit our public site, sign in to the workspace, use Google sign-in, or connect third-party services such as Google Ads.

Information We Collect

We collect information across the following categories. All of it supports providing, securing, and improving the service.

Account and access

Your name, email address, profile image, organization, role, authentication provider, invite status, permissions, session metadata, and workspace settings.

Workspace activity

Workspace content, client and campaign information, uploaded files, meeting and operational notes, recommendations, approvals, comments, audit events, usage activity, and the technical metadata required to provide and secure the service.

Google sign-in

If you use Google sign-in, we receive basic Google Account information made available through the sign-in flow, including your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier.

Connected Google services

When an authorized user connects Google Ads or another Google service, we may receive Google account identifiers, Google Ads customer and account identifiers, campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, search term, landing page, performance, configuration, change, and account-access information, OAuth and refresh tokens, and related information that Google makes available based on the scopes the user authorizes.

Browser, device, and security logs

IP address, user agent, requested URLs, timestamps, error logs, and cookie or session identifiers used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, operate, personalize, troubleshoot, and secure 5K AI. In practice, this includes:

  • Authenticating users and managing organizations, roles, invites, and permissions.
  • Operating connected-account workflows and analyzing marketing performance.
  • Generating recommendations, summaries, drafts, and reports.
  • Supporting human approvals and maintaining audit history for approved work.
  • Improving product quality, addressing reliability issues, and responding to security signals.

Google sign-in data is used to authenticate users, identify accounts, create and maintain workspace profiles, route users to the correct workspace, and secure access.

Google Ads data is used to support account discovery, campaign analysis, reporting, search-term review, optimization recommendations, pacing analysis, landing-page and ad review, approvals, and other Ads-related workflows requested by authorized users.

What we never do with Google user data

  • We do not sell personal information or Google user data.
  • We do not use Google user data for unrelated or personalized advertising, retargeting, credit-worthiness, lending, data brokerage, or information resale.
  • We do not use Google user data to train general-purpose AI models. AI-assisted features process authorized workspace and connected-account information only to provide or improve user-facing 5K AI functionality for the authorized workspace.

Google API Data

5K AI requests Google API access only for the functionality users authorize, including Google sign-in and Google Ads account connection and analysis workflows.

Limited Use commitment.5K AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

OAuth tokens and related credentials are stored securely and used only to maintain authorized integrations, call Google APIs on behalf of authorized users, refresh access where permitted, and disconnect or troubleshoot integrations.

We disclose Google user data only as needed to provide or improve user-facing platform functionality, to service providers acting on our behalf, to comply with law, to protect users or the platform, or as directed by the authorized user or organization.

Users can disconnect connected services where the product provides that control, or by revoking access through their Google Account permissions. Revoking access may stop related Google workflows from functioning until the integration is reconnected.

Sharing And Processors

We share information only where it supports providing the platform or where law requires it.

  • Service providers that help us host, secure, authenticate, operate, analyze, develop, and support the platform. These providers are permitted to process information only for the services they provide to us.
  • Authorized users inside the workspace, scoped to their roles and permissions. When client access is enabled, authorized client users may also see information scoped to their organization.
  • Legal and corporate disclosures if required by law, to enforce our terms, to protect the rights and safety of users or the company, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Security And Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These include:

  • Access controls and authentication.
  • Encrypted transport and provider-managed encryption at rest.
  • Audit records, secret management, and provider security tooling.
  • Role-based permissions and least-privilege defaults.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the platform, maintain business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and preserve audit history for approved work.

When information is no longer needed, we delete, de-identify, or archive it according to applicable business, legal, security, and audit requirements. Some retained audit, billing, security, or backup records may remain for a limited period after deletion from active product surfaces.

Your Choices

  • Access, correct, delete, or export personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, billing, audit, or legitimate business purposes.
  • Manage workspace permissions. Organization administrators may manage user access. If you are an invited client user, your organization or 5K may control some workspace records associated with your account.
  • Revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account permissions. You may also contact us for help disconnecting a Google Ads integration or deleting eligible Google user data associated with your workspace.

Children

5K AI is a business platform and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, integrations, legal requirements, or client access model changes.

If we materially change how 5K AI uses Google user data or personal information, we will update this policy and provide notice or request consent where required before using that data for a new purpose.
